On June 22, a technical training session was held in Navarre, attended by technical staff from the Biodiversity Service of the DGMA and from OREKAN (Navarre Environmental Management).<\/p>\n\n

In the Monte Alduide SAC, the grasslands surrounding the Artesiaga Pass provided the setting for improving knowledge of Atlantic acidophilous grasslands (6230*)\u2014interspersed with small, wet, peat-forming patches of temperate Atlantic wet heaths (*Erica ciliaris* and *Erica tetralix*; 4020*)\u2014as well as *Sphagnum* bogs and peat-forming heaths (7140*).<\/p>\n\n
